Guest Ratings & Reviews
My stay at the hotel was a mix of relaxation and some minor inconveniences. The rooms were spacious and relaxing, providing a peaceful interlude in the bustling city atmosphere. However, being on the second floor meant occasional noise from the street could be bothersome, and the lack of windows made the room a bit too warm at times.
The hotel had rooms with mixed experiences; some were spacious but lacked natural light, while others were subject to street noise. The service was excellent with friendly staff. The location was convenient and central, close to several attractions. Dining options were considered inadequate. The facilities met expectations overall.
The Inn is charming with its small but quaint rooms and outstanding location right outside the window. The service was wonderful, with cheery and helpful staff. The dining experience was good with prompt service, offering a variety of options until 10 am. While being small, the location was conveniently close to Union Square, Grace Cathedral, and Chinatown.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of pleasant surprises and slight disappointments. The rooms were great with special features and antique decor, but smaller than anticipated with limited sunlight. The service was wonderful, reminiscent of Manuel, always extremely pleasant and helpful. The location was just perfect with a bit of a workout included, being high in the hill, central but challenging for showers. The dining options were generally included and very cheap, although home-made bread was a highlight.
